FinDog Crew Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the FinDog Crew Ambassador Programme operated by FinDog Surf Co (“FinDog”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By joining the programme, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Independent Relationship
Ambassadors participate as independent individuals.
Participation does not create any employment, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship between FinDog Surf Co and any ambassador.
Ambassadors are not authorised to make commitments, promises or representations on behalf of FinDog Surf Co.
3. Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
- Maintain active social media accounts.
- Share values consistent with FinDog Surf Co.
- Provide accurate information during application.
4. Ambassador Responsibilities
Ambassadors agree to:
- Conduct themselves respectfully online and offline.
- Represent the FinDog brand positively.
- Avoid offensive, discriminatory or illegal content.
- Follow all applicable advertising laws and regulations.
- Accurately represent FinDog products.
5. Commission
Approved ambassadors may receive commission on qualifying purchases generated through their unique referral code or referral link.
Commission rates may vary and will be communicated separately.
Commission is only payable on completed orders that are not cancelled, refunded or subject to chargeback.
6. Payments
Commission payments:
- Are calculated monthly.
- May be subject to a minimum payout threshold.
- Will be paid via approved payment methods.
- Are the responsibility of the ambassador to declare for tax purposes where applicable.
7. Content Usage
By participating, ambassadors grant FinDog Surf Co permission to:
- Re-share ambassador content.
- Feature ambassador content on websites, social media and marketing materials.
- Use submitted photographs and videos for promotional purposes.
Ownership of original content remains with the creator.
8. Advertising Disclosure
Ambassadors must clearly disclose any commercial relationship with FinDog Surf Co when promoting products.
Appropriate disclosures include:

Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable advertising regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
All FinDog trademarks, logos, artwork, branding and intellectual property remain the property of FinDog Surf Co.
No ownership rights are granted through participation.
10. Termination
FinDog Surf Co reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at any time without notice if:
- These terms are breached.
- Brand reputation is harmed.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Conduct is deemed inappropriate.
11. Programme Changes
FinDog Surf Co may amend, suspend or discontinue the programme at any time.
Updated terms will be published on the website.
12. Liability
Participation is at the ambassador’s own risk.
FinDog Surf Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the programme.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
