FinDog Surf is operated from the United Kingdom. All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
2. Products
All FinDog Surf products are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner. As a result, each item is made specifically for you. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration.
3. Ordering & Payment
By completing a purchase, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in GBP (£). International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees applied by their bank or card provider. We are not responsible for any such charges.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines and costs are outlined in our [Shipping Policy]. As products are made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch. FinDog Surf is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.
6. Returns & Refunds
As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, imagery, copy, and designs — is the property of FinDog Surf and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinDog Surf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
